with the release of 5, 8, 9, and 12, all executables from 1 to 16 are now publicly available. since downloading 16 individual files is unsightly and unsatisfying they have also all been packed to a new "All Released Executables" download at the top of the list for your convenience. individual uploads will stay, maybe some people will have a handful of them and not want to redownload the entire zip to update their repository.
